Administrator / Seller – Weronika Hempel, with its registered office in Poland, NIP number [9223071941], owner and administrator of the voovoolay.com online store.
Store – online store operated by the Administrator, accessible at https://voovoolay.com.
Client – any natural person over 13 years of age (with consent from a legal representative if under 18 years old, unless the person has full legal capacity), as well as any legal person or organizational entity granted legal capacity by applicable laws, who uses the Store, especially to place orders in accordance with these Regulations.
Consumer – a Client being a natural person making purchases in the Store not directly related to their business or professional activities (as defined in Art. 221 of the Polish Civil Code).
Product – any product available in the Store that may be the subject of a Sales Agreement.
Account – a collection of resources within the Store’s system assigned to an individual Client (via login and password) where data and order history are stored.
Order – a Client’s declaration made through the Store specifying selected Products, their quantity, price, delivery details, and Client data.
Sales Agreement – a product sales contract concluded at a distance between the Seller and the Client, under the Civil Code, using the Store’s website.
Regulations – these terms and conditions governing the voovoolay.com online store.
§2. General Information
These Regulations define the rules for using the Store, placing Orders, the rights and obligations of Clients and the Administrator, conditions for concluding and terminating Sales Agreements, withdrawal procedures, complaints, and data protection rules.
Clients can contact the Administrator using the details provided in the “Contact” section on voovoolay.com.
Browsing the Store’s products does not require registration. Orders can be placed by registered Clients or by providing required personal data without registering.
To use the Store, Clients must have: a)Internet-enabled device (PC, laptop, or mobile), b) a current web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc.), c) JavaScript enabled, d) an active email account.
Clients must use the Store legally and ethically, refraining from activities that may disrupt its operations.
All transactions are conducted online via distance agreements in accordance with the Act on Consumer Rights (30 May 2014) and the Civil Code.
Products displayed in the Store at the time of order placement are subject to sale.
Information about Products on the website does not constitute a binding offer (Art. 71 of the Civil Code).
Placing an Order equals acceptance of these Regulations.
§3. Registration
Registering an Account in the Store is free.
To register, Clients must fill out the registration form accurately, including full name, address, email, phone number, and password, and accept these Regulations.
The Administrator may verify the authenticity of provided data if justified doubts arise.
Upon correct registration, a free agreement for electronic services (Account use) is concluded.
Clients may manage their Account via email and password.
Clients may only maintain one Account and must not share or transfer access credentials.
Clients can terminate their Account at any time by notifying the Administrator.
The Administrator may delete Accounts in case of legal violations or security risks.
§4. Orders
Clients can place Orders 24/7.
Orders require the following steps: a) selecting Products and adding them to the basket, b) choosing delivery method, c) providing shipping and (if needed) billing details,d) choosing payment method, e) confirming the Order with final acceptance of terms.
Order placement is considered an offer to conclude a Sales Agreement.
Confirmation of Order acceptance will be sent to the Client via email, finalizing the Sales Agreement.
Orders are fulfilled only for available Products. In case of unavailability, Clients will be informed and may choose to continue or cancel the Order.
§5. Prices and Payments
Prices on voovoolay.com are shown in EUR and include VAT.
Payment methods: Credit/debit card, PayPal.
Orders must be paid within 7 days of acceptance, otherwise they will be canceled.
The Seller may change prices and promotions at any time, without affecting already placed Orders.
§6. Delivery
Products are shipped via courier services to the address provided in the Order.
Delivery costs are borne by the Client and will be clearly displayed before finalizing the Order.
Delivery time is up to 14 working days after Order acceptance.
§7. Withdrawal and Returns
Consumers may withdraw from the Sales Agreement within 14 days without providing reasons.
Products must be returned within 14 days of withdrawal notification at the Client’s cost.
Refunds (including delivery costs) will be processed within 14 days after returned Products are received.
Returned Products must be in original condition; Clients are liable for diminished value resulting from improper use.
§8. Complaints
Products are guaranteed free of defects.
Clients may submit complaints by email to hello@voovoolay.com or via postal mail.
Complaints will be reviewed within 14 days.
If a complaint is valid, the Seller will repair, replace, or refund the Product.
§9. Personal Data
The Seller is the administrator of Clients’ personal data.
Data is processed in accordance with the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679) and the Store’s Privacy Policy.
Clients can access, correct, or request deletion of their data.
§10. Newsletter
Clients may subscribe to the Store’s newsletter by providing consent.
Clients may unsubscribe at any time.
§11. Dispute Resolution
Consumers may use alternative dispute resolution methods (e.g., mediation, arbitration).
